Mrs Nicky Whatley

Practice Nurse Times: One of our Practice nurses is available Monday to Friday and some Saturday mornings. Please make an appointment via reception.

Our Practice nurses are able to provide advice about many aspects of health care including Family Planning, Asthma, Diabetes, HRT (Hormone Replacement Therapy) , Health promotion, Smoking Cessation, immunisations (for travel and routine baby immunisations), dressings etc. They carry out all Cervical Smears on ladies on the NHS Recall system. They can also deal with a variety of minor injuries such as sprains, burns, and splinters as well as removal of Sutures. It is often much easier to get an appointment with one of our Nurses.

If you think they may be able to deal with your problem please ask the receptionist for an appointment. If you are not sure the Receptionist may be able to help you. Our nurses run special clinics for patients with coronary heart disease, asthma and diabetes.
