Feedback & Complaints

Our Medical Centre is always looking for ways to improve the services it offers to patients. To do this effectively, we need to know what you think about the services you receive. Tell us what we do best, where we don’t meet your expectations plus any ideas and suggestions you may have. Only by listening to you can the practice continue to build and improve upon the service it offers.

Complaints

We are aware that things can sometimes go wrong, resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.

In the majority of cases the best way to resolve your concerns as quickly as possible is to speak to any member of the front line staff.  This gives you the opportunity to resolve any concern you may have without it going through a formal process.

If the member of staff is unable to resolve your concern to your satisfaction, please contact the Practice Manager, preferably in writing via our Contact Us page or by completing a complaints form available in surgery, and she/he will acknowledge your complaint, usually within five working days.

Suggestions

Compliments

We work very hard to give an excellent service to all of our patients and it is always nice to hear when you believe we have achieved this.  Compliments for individual members of staff are always passed on to the individual concerned and we strive to share their good practice with other members of our practice team.
