We are pleased to confirm that our new telephone system is now operational. We hope this will benefit patients by making it easier to get through to the Medical Centre. We have added features to allow you to ‘jump the queue’ for certain common requests (prescription queries, results, our address and website details) as well as messages while you are waiting about changes to our services due to the Covid Pandemic.
You will also be advised of where you are in the queue. The system also allows all calls to be recorded.
Please telephone in the morning if you require a same-day appointment but for all other general enquiries you may find it quieter in the afternoons. Remember we are open until 6.30pm weekdays.
