New email address for Prescription queries

If you have a query with your prescription you can now contact us by email at [email protected]

Parents can also use this for queries about their children’s medication. Please make sure you make it clear who the query is about if not yourself and your relationship to that patient. We aim to respond within 72 hours. If you mark your email ‘URGENT’ we will endeavour to deal with it sooner.  We hope you will find this easier than telephoning the Medical Centre. Please note we will not routinely reply to your email unless there is a further query. If your query is very urgent you will still need to ring to speak to the Prescription clerk between 9am and midday on 01689 850012.

Please also note that you cannot order routine repeat medications on this email address which is solely for queries about your repeat or other prescription. You should continue to order repeat medications as usual either online or using the paper slip attached to your prescription.
